Why didn't I try this sooner?

After 26 nights, I can't believe I hadn't stayed here before! The clean, spacious suites provided every comfort I needed. The front desk, especially Hamza, was a gem-so helpful and friendly! Plus, being near Deira City Center and the metro made everything easy. I'll definitely return!

great experience , but gym needs improvement

The staff went out of their way to assist me because of my knee injury, proving their commitment to service. The kitchenette in my Executive Studio was fantastic for making my own meals. The location couldn't be better, with easy metro access and nearby dining options. I appreciated the elegant decor.

The gym equipment is outdated and in need of an upgrade.

They let me check in an hour early.

Spacious and clean apartment. Close to Deira's shopping center, metro and a taxi and bus station ideal for easy and cheap travel to Dubai.

The location was ideal, just steps from the metro station and Deira City Centre. The spacious Executive Studio included a fridge and kitchenette, a lifesaver for quick meals. The service faltered, especially during check-in when I was assigned a different room type than booked, leading to an unjustified extra charge. Cleaning standards were inconsistent, and the bathroom could use better upkeep. Despite these issues, the friendly staff was good.

The room was well-kept and nicely decorated and had Wi-Fi, good air-conditioning and multi-channel television. The breakfast was savoury and rich, the check in was early.

The rooftop pool and the jacuzzi provided perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring. My only minor gripe was the somewhat slow internet, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊

The place was fairly clean with a well-mannered staff at our request to open another window. The rooms they have were good-sized and updated with a rollaway bed, a high professional level, as for instance.

The hotel was luxurious and the staff well organized, ideal location close to everything. Location: the venue was adjacent to the markets, the busiest shopping centres and metro as well as city centre and restaurants. Had lunch/dinner at Azal Restaurant, which I found at walking distance from the hotel. I spent a really good time here, recommend to anyone.

The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the metro and shopping mall. The staff was super friendly, especially the bellmen, Nawaz and Jahangir, who were helpful . Our Beautiful One Bedroom Suite was spacious and perfect for my family of five.

In my wife's opinion, the kitchen wasn't well-stocked for families. We could have used more utensils and plates for our group.

Our experience was marred by an aggressive security staff member who threatened us for noise after we had explicitly informed the hotel about our birthday gathering. The lack of sound insulation made it hard to keep the volume down despite our willingness to cooperate. We felt intimidated, which ultimately led us to check out earlier than planned, feeling upset and uncomfortable.

We visited the Burj Al Arab and enjoyed some golfing at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Having a kitchen was a plus, and the location was super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend this place for groups!

We faced an issue with the check-in. They initially booked us into a smaller room than promised and charged extra to upgrade. This caused a bit of stress after a long flight.
